A compliance workspace, not another document set

Regulated organizations do not lack intent. They lack a single place where controls, evidence, findings, and the executive view of posture are the same record. SecureStack is being built to be that place.

Access is by invitation through a private preview and pilot program while the assessment workflows are validated. Every interface on this page is an illustrative concept preview.

AI assistant — draft for review

Three controls in the AU family have evidence older than 90 days. A refreshed log review export would close AU-6 and support NIST CSF DE.AE-3. Draft narrative prepared with sources cited for owner approval.

Concept preview. Figures and screens are illustrative and do not represent a released product or any organization’s data.

The compliance challenge

Where the cost and the delay actually sit

Four conditions account for most of the effort in a compliance cycle. None of them require judgement; all of them consume the people whose judgement is needed elsewhere.

Manual documentation

Control narratives, system security plans, and policy updates are written by hand, repeatedly, by the people least able to spare the hours.

Fragmented evidence

Screenshots, exports, and tickets live across mailboxes and drives. Nobody can state, on demand, where the proof for a control sits.

Audit fatigue

Each assessment restarts the same collection exercise. Teams answer the same questions in a slightly different format every quarter.

Slow compliance cycles

Readiness is measured in quarters because the work is sequential. Decisions wait on documents rather than on judgement.

AI capabilities

Assisted work, reviewed by named owners

The assistant drafts, maps, and flags. It does not approve a control or accept a risk. Every generated artifact is presented for review with its sources shown.

AI Compliance Assistant

A working assistant scoped to your control set. It drafts, explains, and cross-references rather than inventing.

  • Generate documentation
  • Summarize controls
  • Suggest remediation
  • Identify missing evidence
  • Generate executive reports

Security Gap Analysis

Compare the declared control environment against the framework in scope and surface what is unproven, distinct from what is simply undocumented.

  • Declared vs evidenced state
  • Severity-weighted gaps
  • Owner and due-date suggestions

Compliance Mapping

One control satisfies many obligations. Mapping keeps a single implementation statement aligned across frameworks.

  • Cross-framework crosswalk
  • Duplicate control detection
  • Inheritance from platform services

Risk Prioritization

Rank findings by exposure and remediation cost so the next quarter of work is defensible to a board.

  • Exposure scoring
  • Effort estimation
  • Sequenced remediation plan

Document Intelligence

Read existing policies, architecture documents, and assessment reports, then extract the statements that already satisfy a control.

  • Policy extraction
  • Evidence classification
  • Change detection across versions

Executive Brief Generator

Produce the two-page version an accountable executive can read before a governance meeting.

Interactive workflow

How a compliance cycle would move

A representative sequence. Stages beyond the current roadmap horizon describe intended design rather than released behaviour.

  1. Assessment

Scope the frameworks, systems, and boundaries under review.

  2. Evidence Collection

Gather artifacts into one repository with control references attached.

  3. AI Analysis

Draft narratives, summarize controls, and flag evidence that is missing or stale.

  4. Control Mapping

Align one implementation statement across every framework in scope.

  5. Executive Review

Accountable owners confirm posture, accept risk, or request remediation.

  6. Report Generation

Produce the assessment package and the executive brief from the same source.

  7. Continuous Improvement

Track drift between periods so the next cycle starts from evidence, not from zero.

Comparison

Traditional consulting and SecureStack™

Advisory judgement remains necessary. What changes is where the documentation and evidence work happens.

Dimension
Traditional consulting
SecureStack™
Speed
Readiness measured in quarters, paced by document production.
Drafting and mapping compress the documentation phase of each cycle.
Visibility
Posture is known at the end of an engagement, in a deliverable.
Posture is visible continuously in a workspace the executive can open.
Documentation
Written by hand, then re-written for the next framework.
One implementation statement, generated and reused across frameworks.
Executive Reporting
Assembled manually before each governance meeting.
Generated from the same control and evidence source as the detail.
Automation
Spreadsheets, mail threads, and manual consolidation.
Assisted workflows for collection, mapping, and report assembly.
Evidence Tracking
Evidence located per audit, then lost between cycles.
Central repository with control references and expiry tracking.
Governance
Accountability recorded in documents outside the workflow.
Owners, approvals, and accepted risk recorded against each control.

Questions

Answered plainly

What is SecureStack™?
An AI-assisted workspace for compliance and security documentation. It holds your controls, evidence, and findings in one place and drafts the artifacts an assessment requires. It is in private preview.
Is it available today?
Not generally. Access is granted by invitation through a private preview and pilot program while the assessment workflows are validated with a small number of organizations.
How is AI used?
For drafting, summarizing, mapping, and gap detection against your own control set and documents. Generated text is presented for review with its sources shown. It does not approve controls or accept risk.
Does the AI make compliance decisions?
No. Every narrative, mapping, and remediation suggestion is reviewed and approved by a named owner. The platform records who accepted what and when.
Can it support regulated industries?
It is designed for organizations working against NIST, CIS, and Microsoft framework guidance, which covers most regulated estates. Regulatory obligations remain the organization's responsibility.
Does it replace consultants?
No. It removes the manual production work around an assessment. Judgement about architecture, risk appetite, and remediation sequencing still requires people.
Can it integrate with Microsoft 365?
Microsoft Graph integration is on the roadmap and is not available in the current preview. Microsoft technologies are referenced descriptively. EAX Systems is a verified member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program; membership does not imply Microsoft endorsement, a Solutions Partner designation, or certification.
Which frameworks are supported?
The current preview works against the Microsoft Cloud Adoption and Well-Architected Frameworks, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and CIS Controls. ISO 27001, SOC 2, and FedRAMP readiness support are roadmap items.
Is customer data protected?
Preview participants agree written terms covering data handling, retention, and deletion before any material is uploaded. Scope and safeguards are confirmed in writing for each pilot.
Does it produce an authorization or certification?
No. It produces preparation and evidence artifacts. Authorizations and certifications are issued only by the relevant authority or accredited assessor.
Are the screens on this page real product screenshots?
No. Every interface shown here is an illustrative concept preview built to describe intended behaviour. Released functionality is limited to what is listed under Current on the roadmap.
How do we join the preview?
Request preview access and describe the obligation or decision you are working against. If the platform is not ready for your situation, we will say so and describe the advisory route instead.
