Why EAX Systems was founded
EAX Systems was founded on a single observation: in government and regulated industries, technology programmes rarely fail for lack of technology. They fail because architecture, security, and governance are decided late, informally, or by whoever is closest to the deadline.
- Decisions made without written architecture become permanent by accident.
- Security introduced after deployment costs more and delivers less.
