Global Delivery Model™

Distributed delivery works when the discipline is written down

Communication rhythm, governance, delivery standards, and information handling: agreed before mobilisation rather than negotiated during delivery.

Global Delivery Model™

How the work is actually run

Distributed delivery succeeds or fails on discipline rather than proximity. The model below sets out the communication rhythm, governance, delivery standards, and information handling that apply to every engagement.

Communication

Engagements run on a fixed communication rhythm: a weekly working session with the delivery team, a monthly written status against the agreed sequence, and a quarterly executive review. Written records take precedence over verbal updates so that decisions survive personnel change.

  • Documented decision records for every material choice
  • One accountable point of contact per engagement
  • Time-zone-aligned working hours agreed before mobilisation

Governance

Each engagement operates under a governance charter that defines which forum owns which decision, what evidence that forum requires, and how exceptions are recorded, owned, and expired. Governance is installed at mobilisation rather than assembled during delivery.

  • Written charter agreed before work begins
  • Change and exception registers with named owners
  • Escalation path defined to executive sponsor

Delivery excellence

Work is delivered in increments that are independently valuable and independently reversible. Each increment states its entry conditions, its evidence output, and the measure that determines whether it succeeded.

  • Increment-level acceptance criteria
  • Reversibility designed into every cutover
  • Deliverables handed over with operating procedures

Security of the engagement itself

Client information is handled under least-privilege access, defined retention, and documented handling requirements. Access to client environments is time-bound, brokered, and recorded.

  • Time-bound, recorded access to client systems
  • Defined retention and disposal for engagement material
  • Handling requirements agreed in writing before access

Coverage and continuity

Remote-first, with presence where it changes the outcome

Remote-first delivery
Engagements are delivered remotely by default, with on-site attendance arranged where discovery, workshops, or operational handover genuinely require presence.
Regional coverage
EAX Systems collaborates with organisations across North America and internationally through remote delivery. EAX Global LLC maintains its registered office in Austin, Texas; no staffed or additional physical offices are claimed.
Time-zone alignment
Working hours and response windows are agreed per engagement, so distributed teams are not dependent on ad-hoc availability.
Continuity
Every engagement has a documented baseline, decision record, and handover pack so that continuity does not depend on any single individual.
