The EAX Product Suite™

EAX SecureStack™

AI-assisted compliance and security documentation platform for organizations that must show their controls, not describe them.

Pilot / Early Access

Executive overview

Security documentation is usually the last artefact produced and the first one questioned. Control narratives live in one place, evidence in another, and the assessment response is rebuilt by hand every cycle.

SecureStack is designed to hold the control library, the evidence references, and the assessment responses in one governed workspace, and to draft the narrative text from that material rather than from memory. Drafts are proposed; a named owner approves them.

Current availability

In pilot with a limited number of engagement clients. Access is granted by invitation while the assessment workflows are validated.

The business problem

What this removes

The conditions that make the work expensive, slow, or hard to defend.

  • The same control is described differently in three documents, and nobody can say which one an assessor will read.

  • Evidence collection is a manual exercise repeated for every framework, every year.

  • Documentation quality depends on which individual happens to be available before the deadline.

Business value

What changes for the accountable executive

One control library

Controls are recorded once and mapped to the obligations they satisfy, so a framework addition becomes a mapping exercise rather than a rewrite.

Drafting under review

AI drafts control narratives and assessment responses from recorded evidence. Every draft carries a reviewer and an approval state before it leaves the workspace.

Assessment readiness as a measure

Coverage, evidence age, and unapproved drafts are reported as standing indicators rather than discovered during an audit.

Governed access

Role separation between authors, reviewers, and approvers, with a retained record of each transition.

Target organizations

  • Federal, state, and local agencies preparing authorization or continuous-monitoring packages
  • Regulated enterprises operating under multiple overlapping frameworks
  • Organizations whose compliance function is smaller than its obligation set

Illustrative workflow

How the work would move through the platform

A representative sequence. Steps beyond the stated availability describe intended design rather than released behaviour.

  1. Establish the control library

Import existing control descriptions and obligations. Duplicates and conflicts are surfaced for a decision instead of being merged silently.

  2. Attach evidence references

Each control is linked to the artefact that demonstrates it, with an owner and a review interval.

  3. Draft the narrative

The platform proposes control text and assessment responses from the recorded material, with the source of each statement identified.

  4. Review and approve

A named reviewer accepts, edits, or rejects. Nothing is published as approved without a recorded approval.

  5. Report readiness

Coverage and evidence currency are reported to the executive owner on a standing cadence.

Questions

Answered plainly

Is SecureStack generally available?
No. It is in pilot with a limited number of organizations already engaged with EAX Systems. Access is granted by invitation while assessment workflows are validated.
Does the platform certify or authorize our environment?
No. It helps assemble and govern the documentation and evidence that support an assessment. Certification and authorization decisions remain with the relevant assessor or authorizing official.
Is AI-generated text published automatically?
No. Generated text is a draft. It requires review and recorded approval by a named owner before it is treated as approved documentation.
Can it replace our compliance team?
No, and it is not designed to. It removes repetitive assembly work so that judgement is applied where it matters.
