These guidelines govern how the EAX Systems identity is reproduced in publications, proposals, and press material.
The mark
Wordmark and monogram.
The monogram is a square navy field with a brass baseline. It is paired with the wordmark in all external use and only appears alone where space is constrained, such as an app icon.
Colour
Deep navy, slate, warm white, brass.
Brass is an accent. It marks a single point of emphasis per view and is never used as a background for body text.

Modernize. Secure.
Used for headlines, section titles, and the wordmark. Tight leading, semibold weight, sentence case.
Body
Body copy is set for sustained executive reading: generous line height, restrained measure, and no decorative emphasis.
Used for paragraphs, tables, captions, and interface labels.
Usage guidelines
Do and do not.
Do
- Use the full wordmark “EAX Systems” on first reference.
- Keep clear space equal to the height of the mark on all sides.
- Place the mark on deep navy or warm white only.
- Reproduce brass as an accent, never as a background for body text.
Do not
- Do not stretch, rotate, recolour, or outline the mark.
- Do not add effects, gradients, or drop shadows.
- Do not imply certification, endorsement, or partnership beyond stated facts.
- Do not combine the mark with third-party logos to suggest affiliation.
