EAX DataVision™

Data modernization and AI readiness platform: data maturity, analytics readiness, and AI enablement planning in one view.

Concept

Executive overview

Most AI programmes stall on data conditions that were known but never written down: competing definitions, unclear ownership, permissions nobody has reviewed.

DataVision is being designed to assess data maturity, analytics readiness, and AI enablement together, so that an AI ambition is examined against the foundation it depends on rather than in isolation.

Current availability

In concept. Interface material is illustrative. We are validating the problem with data and analytics leaders before committing to a build.

The business problem

What this removes

The conditions that make the work expensive, slow, or hard to defend.

  • Two functions report different numbers for the same measure and both are defensible.

  • AI pilots are approved before permission boundaries have been reviewed.

  • Data ownership is assumed rather than assigned.

Business value

What changes for the accountable executive

Maturity in one scale

Data, analytics, and AI readiness assessed consistently so gaps are comparable.

Definition inventory

Competing definitions surfaced as decisions to make, with an owner for each.

Readiness before ambition

AI enablement scored against the data conditions it actually requires.

Sequenced remediation

A plan that resolves foundations before it adds surface.

Target organizations

  • Enterprises consolidating fragmented reporting estates
  • Organizations preparing a governed AI programme
  • Regulated businesses with data residency and lineage obligations

Illustrative workflow

How the work would move through the platform

A representative sequence. Steps beyond the stated availability describe intended design rather than released behaviour.

  1. Inventory the estate

Sources, platforms, and the reporting definitions currently in use.

  2. Assess maturity

Score data foundation, analytics delivery, and AI enablement on one scale.

  3. Test the ambition

Compare intended AI use against the conditions required to support it.

  4. Sequence remediation

Order the work so definitions and permissions precede new surfaces.

  5. Report the position

An executive view of readiness and the decisions outstanding.

Questions

Answered plainly

Is DataVision available?
No. It is a concept. Nothing has been released and the interface material shown is illustrative.
Does it connect to our data platforms?
No integration exists today. Connectivity would be a design question addressed only if the concept proceeds to build.
Can we take part in shaping it?
Yes. We are validating the problem with data and analytics leaders and welcome that conversation.
